About Allison Schwarz
Allison Schwarz was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She is the licensed Real Estate Broker for 1 Percent Lists Lonestar Realty, serving San Antonio and surrounding areas. A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Allison received her BBA in Finance and her MBA with a concentration in Project Management. She started investing in real estate in 2012 and ultimately decided to make it her career. She became licensed in 2016. Allison and her husband are active investors in both single family and multi-family properties. She has a passion for meeting new people and for all things real estate. Her husband has been a FireFighter/Paramedic for the San Antonio Fire Department since 2008. In their spare time, they enjoy spending quality time with their children, friends and family.
